Holly Pearce - Paralegal

Holly graduated from the University of Oxford with a First in Jurisprudence and recently completed the BCL, studying Commercial Remedies, Restitution of Unjust Enrichment, Conflict of Laws, and Principles of Civil Procedure. She has strong advocacy experience, with mooting awards, mini-pupillages at leading commercial sets, and shadowing experience at a London law firm.

Before joining CANDEY, Holly worked as an Assistant General Manager at a fast-growing London restaurant group. She also built a successful online food and lifestyle platform, writing and selling a recipe e-book.

Outside work, Holly is a keen long-distance runner.
